The food is always great here. We brought some friends who had never been to Chapultepec and honestly didnt know where it was located! So I posted a photo of the front of it so everyone can see. Its located between memphis pool and hobby lobby in Collierville. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the margaritas are the best. Get a Texas margarita on the rocks with a number 13 meal. Thats a great combo!

I stopped in for lunch and ordered shredded chicken nachos. They were very good, chicken was seasoned perfectly. I went to another Collierville Mexican restaurant who served me bland chicken nachos so this was pleasant surprise . Francis our waitress was super nice and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely come back.

I currently go to a community college nearby and every week I come home to my father and mother and they always ask me the same question how’s collage going but yet I will always give them the same answer “oh it’s going good” as I happily say but yet deep down I know that In the bed that I am not going anywhere in life and the app that I am working on that I tell my family will do great but yet in the end it will be the end. This place is my second home. They have the BEST margaritas and they make me and my family feel so special and cared for. They also have some amazing menu choices. My personal favorites: Cancun especial, fajitas, and the camarones diablo.

You want real authentic Mexican food that's not overpriced at all come here! My mom & I have been coming here almost every week for the past month (yikes lol) & we get the fajitas (I get chicken though) which are both soooooo delicious every single time! Especially with happy hour 2-5 it's only $8.99 & their service is spot on. (Keep in mind it's a Mexican restaurant so get something Mexican because it'll probably taste the best) & the guacamole has never tasted too oniony or chunky, it's always fresh & good. (Don't have any pics of the food but I'll add some soon!)

The food was great and we ordered lots of food. It was late in the evening and we were hungry. If you feel hungry, try Chapultepec Mexican Family Restaurant today! Everyone will like it, even your grandparents!

Chapultepec is the best Mexican restaurant in the mid-south area. The food is really good, the margaritas are awesome and the owners and waiters are so personable and attentive. My family has been going to Chapultepec for almost 20 years and there is a reason we do! Great people, great service, great food and awesome margaritas!

We've been here several times and have been overall happy. It's your typical mexican restaurant but we like that style food so we think it's good. We've only had a slight mix up with our order once but the server was still very nice. Service has never been slow and we've always had very nice servers. You have to try the "Shrimp Cocktail" on the appetizer menu. Not the typical presentation of a couple of shrimp surrounded by lettuce. This is served in a large goblet similar to ceviche, but larger and full of shrimp. You won't have room afterward for a main course. Delish.

We love the food here, the fajitas for two are so delicious, the chicken, beef and shrimp are all cooked perfectly. The salsa has more of a kick to it then other local Mexican restaurants. The chips are crunchy without being to greasy. We have tried a few other items on the menu and enjoyed them all. The only thing that is just okay is their guac, it just doesn't taste very fresh, almost pre-packaged.

This is a great new Mexican restaurant in Collierville. The Burrito Del Mar is my absolute favorite! It was loaded with shrimp steak and chicken, very tasty and cheesy. The servers are very nice and the service is fast! I think I had my food within 10 minutes? Would highly recommend.

The atmosphere is much better than the one picture posted that was obviously during construction... It's adorable inside, the food was great... the service was fantastic as well. Good, average Mexican food. The food is good, but basically the same as most Mexican places. Prices average to slightly higher than average.

This place is great! I had the steak fajitas. The vegis tastes like caramel and added a great flavor to the tender, appropriately seasoned steak. The beans and rice were both superb as well and I heard the table next to me say the rice was very good. I consider myself a Mexican food aficionado and this is the best I have had in the area. Everyone in my party of 7 liked it.

They kept the chips coming and the salsa was good. I would consider it not too spicy but I like spicy and my wife who is a spice-wuss called it spicy. I ate a lot and could feel the heat but I didn't have to take a break. If salsa isn't your thing, try the bean dip. My friend had it and it was top notch!

They were a bit slow with my beer, but we were kind of a needy table so I'll let that slide. The staff was friendly and multiple people provided chip refills which I took as a good sign.

Chapultepec can be accessed from Poplar but its set back from the road so watch for the shopping center's sign. It's nestled in on the NW corner of Poplar and New Byhalia.

After dinner you can stop by Rita's for Frozen Custard after dinner which is in the same center, just around the corner.

We have never been disappointed when going to this place, every time we go they act like they were waiting just for us! The guacamole salad is the best anywhere and they don't mind putting a tad extra on it if you ask. Fajitas wonderful and the beef enchiladas are always right on point. My husband and I got the #14 and #21 dinner combos (21 is pictured), and the first time I ate here I got a Speedy Gonzales from the lunch menu. All five stars. The small cheese dip was enough for us to share, and it was pretty decent.

Margaritas have been on point the last two times I've eaten here -- get them on the rocks! A monster size was enough for the two of us to share.

All in all, I think this is going to be our New Mexican place of choice. It may be more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
